INTRODUCTION
Leadership is being defined as the art of motivating the followers or the group of people in order
to attain some common objectives. For the success of the companies it is very essential for them
to have effective leadership (Gardner and et.al., 2020). This is particularly because of the reason
that when there is effective leadership within the company then they will not be having clarity as
what they have to do in order to attain the objectives of the business. In order to make the
business successful it is very important that there is presence of effective leadership as this
inspire and motivate the employees that what they have to do and what ways are to selected for
attaining the objectives of the business.
The major importance of using leadership within the business is that this help in introducing
the new change within the business in effective manner. The reason underlying this fact is that
when the leader is good and effective then they clearly explain the benefit of adapting the change
and this will motivate the employees to adapt to the changes in better and effective manner. The
present report will outline the literature review relating to the leadership and how it helps the
business in proper management. For this the views and opinion of different types of authors will
be evaluated in the form of literature review. Also the present report is important as this will
clear the views relating to the importance of leadership within the achievement of the objectives

According to Kouzes (2021) leadership is an art to motivate and inspire the group of
people who are working collectively for common goal. The leadership is a skill which assist to
manage different kind of people at same place. The leadership is also known as organisational
management structure. The leader in every field inspire every individual to perform better and
contribute their maximum. There is different type of theories which are being used by different
leaders to motivate the people to achieve the organisational objectives. A leader is combination
of different type of qualities that are communication, problem solving, building confidence and
team-working among the member of particular organization which will help them to achieve the
goals on faster basis.
On the other side Eva and et.al. (2019) the leadership has different types of negative
