INTRODUCTION
Literature review is also known as the survey that is done for the specific topic or the questions
which includes journal articles and books. It can also say that it is the evaluation and search of
available literature of any subject or topic area. It must be presented in organised way so that it
can readable in proper manner. The report will highlight upon the topic that is leadership which
plays an important role in guiding, influencing and inspiring the members of the organisation to
achieve the common goals and objectives. Further they also know how to communicate and
motivate the individuals along with this they also use the different techniques which facilitates
the actions by teams. On the other hand it also helps in creating the vision, inspiring, align people
to achieve goals and also set the direction for performing the activities. By this the management
of the organisation also build new structures and relationships. Along with this it will evaluate
the literature review of the leadership by knowing the different prospectives of the authors that
will also include the negative and positive impact of leadership.

Literature review of leadership
As per the view of Chernyadyev and et.al., (2018) leadership is termed as the art of
motivating the people to achieve the common goal in the organisation that is related to the
directing colleagues and workers to meet the needs and desires of the company. Leadership do
both the work that are related to the helping themselves to do the right things along with its team
members. Ng and et.al., (2020) Argues that leadership is not good for the workers as it sometime
the leaders becomes insensitive towards their employees. It also increases the emotional
intelligence in the business venture. As the leaders have to face several problems that are
regarding agree and disagree on several topics which results in developing the communication
gaps between the members. On the other hand Cooper and et.al., (2018) says that leadership
results in encouraging employees to keep their full focus on the activities that are performed to
achieve the targets of the organisations. It also helps in building the growth and confidence in the
team members.
According to the view of Olanrewaju and et.al., (2020) leaders of the company help their
employee to reach their goals at the specific time that were assigned to them by clearing the
vision. It also benefits the business as it helps in improving the seriousness and charisma at the
