As an e-marketing expert from South West Advertising Inc, I was appointed to review
the current e-marketing strategies used by Port Fairy Caravan and Camping Park Pty Ltd to
identify which will be the best strategies to improve their business growth (Fleming &
Koppelman, 2016, December). In order to do the same, various available e-marketing strategies,
all marketing channels, advertisement on social media channels are investigated and reviewed.
However, being a top-priority project, it was determined to complete this project within the three
months time span. To complete this project, the project sponsors Bob Sugar, Rod Tidwell,
selected another member Dorothy Boyd to manage the internal IT plan of South West and Avery
Bishop to manage the Port Fairy Caravan and Camping Park business. However, to complete this
project successfully, I was assigned as a project manager where my main focus of work is to
increase the customer’sbase to avail their luxury accommodations option in vacations in Port
Fairy coastal hamlet. Apart from that, as a project manager, below is the SWOT analysis of Port

Outline of the problem
The main purpose of this project is to develop appropriate marketing strategies to
increase customer inflow mainly in festival time like winter weekend parties and summer
vacation events. Moreover, the problem statement of this project is to identify the main reason of
decreasing the visitor’s number and the appropriate techniques required to implement in-park
marketing strategies which help to attract more customers ranging from child to older people
(Too & Yap, 2017). Apart from that, the problem identified in park development is related with
the diminishing in temperature, the alteration of an urban surface to incorporate progressively
vegetative spread and lighter, lower albedo surfaces will likewise decrease vitality utilization,
ozone exceedances, and impending natural and human wellbeing impacts related with large
amounts of ozone. The problem statement of Port Fairy Caravan and Camping Park discussed
regarding not having uniformly distributed green spaces in all riversides which leads to
