Starbucks is an American coffee-housechain and coffee company as well. The essay explores the value and importance of an integratedperspective to organisational leadership. The report also puts light on the ability inworking efficiently as a group member or an individual to carry out tasks.2. Importance of organisational leadershipAs per Adair (2015), an integrated perspective is essential for an organisation tounderstand its leadership's qualities and downfalls. A good leadership is essential to take theorganisation further and achieve its goals and objectives. Starbucks being one of the leadingcoffee-house chains in the world requires an efficient leadership to keep up with the setorganisational standards.Comparing to Adair, Adelakun (2015)said that Leadership tends to provide direction tothe organisation and directs it towards the right growth and opportunities. It is the job of theleadership to transform potential into reality.
