Leadership Journey is a personal approach to cultivate and enhance the leadership
potential underneath. The strengths of the respective team and the weaknesses which need to
take immediate action which could definitely benefit the leader as well as the team from
professional aspect has to be easily identified by the leader. Growing with true to the core self
– direction can result to form an enhanced capability to lead the organization by the leader.
The leaders who think big, dream bigger than others, as marked as a visionary
depiction of the leaders. The leaders have some key elements as to successfully evolve their
inner - self as a leader, they are made by themselves. There are some key aspects of the
psychological factors of the leaders they believe in (Dou, Devos & Valcke, 2015). Like self –
insight, self – awareness, self - identity, self – aspiration, self – regulation, self – approaches
and so on.
Starting from the qualities of a leader, to be aware of the typical behavior and how
leader is perceived by others is developed by the insights of a leader. Moreover if a leader
does not understand himself first, he or she will fail to understand the components of the
team. A leader points at the grounding formation to develop or action insights by the
awareness. As the commitment by the leader makes the whole team aware of the positivity
and drawbacks of the team. As well as, one needs to be a significant role model for the
followers by growing self – identity in himself. The ethical values guide the behavioural
approach to the team by the leader. The best leader is made by setting a pro-long term vision
in their teams to connect them to their context and developing reflective agendas in coaching
the team (Chughtai, Byrne & Flood, 2015). In course of time, if a leader applies the same
strategy in different situations to take control of the situation without controlling the impulses
leads to some incorrect situations by the leader himself. Approaches which match the
