INTRODUCTION
This report is a reflective assessment over the personality. On the basis of the five
online test entertained a precise reflective report will be prepared in this project (Sousa and
Rocha, 2017). Reflection will be done in this project about temperament, sound decision
making, personality insight, personal resilience and assertiveness. On the basis of all these
areas proper reflection report will produce in this project. This reflection report will highlight
different aspects about the personality of an individual.

The online test could come out with some aspects about the personality I carry. This
start with temperament which was the first part of the online test. I could identify that I carry
some of the key areas associated with the temperament very effective. I get certain elements
that can support the temperament such as sensing, judging, introversion and feeling. Other
than these elements some are not effective that denoted as extraversion, thinking, intuition
and perceiving (Alrashidi and Joy, 2019 dated 29 october 2020). I could projected that all the
positive aspects about the temperament has allowed me to perform my duties and roles in the
best way possible. All the positive side about the temperament have always supported in
making the best level of decision possible. It’s important to make the decision understand
every side of such decision and its associated dimensions. Some of the areas I needed to learn
that I should learn how to say no to others. If I am not able to perform any of the action I
should say no that I can’t say do it. This is an effective aspect about the personality I carry.
Introversion is another demerit associated with the personality. As an introvert can’t express
the emotion and feeling in the best way possible that further influence the personality
development I carry. This is a crucial aspect associated with the personality. Introvert not
able to talk with other people effectively. It seeks plenty of effort for an introvert to interact
with other individual (Berki, 2019).
Observation
I needed strong emotional support that can help me in contacting with other peoples.
This side of my personality could negatively affect the team working ability I carry, effective
social interaction and communication very badly. All these dimensions are the crucial side of

with a specific decision individual take. Decision making ability evolve leader in an
individual. Sound decision making improve leadership ability of an individual as the leaders
requires making important decision that can favour each and every aspects of the decision.
All impacts must be analysed before taking any crucial decision as a leader. Irrespective to
whatever position you hold as an individual this ability makes you unique and more
profitable for the organisation or the work place. I also did an assertiveness test. This has

another negative side of my personality. Being a leader it’s important to have this ability. I
get to make different crucial decisions with the support of this ability. Sound decision making
project the positive outcomes associated with the decision. Age of an individual also affect
the soundness of the decision making process. If the age is less it allow an individual to make
more effective and impactful decisions (Keeler and et.al., 2018. Dated 29 october 2020 ). Time
is also a crucial element associated with decision making process. What time a decision has
been taken influence the outcomes of the entire decision making process. I got low
extraversion, agreeableness, and medium level of emotional stability, conscientiousness and
low openness. I reached the mid range of extraversion which indicates that I carry the
potential to interact with other individuals printed. This ability play a crucial role in making
contacts with other individual who are fruitful as an individual. This is the bvest way to build

personality is more assertive in nature. This is an important ability I hold that allow me to
