It is evident for an individual to manage the goals in order to achieve result. From that perspective building leadership is an important need for an individual. This report is divided into 12 portfolios giving information regarding different issues. This allows readers to understand the past experience that has allowed in building leadership capability. It is important enough to develop a base that will be important to understand the individual requirements and how he has dealt with the situation in an adverse scenario (DuBrin,2010). PORTFOLIO 1 PERSONAL LEADERSHIP CAPABILITY AND MISSION STATEMENT “I aim to become an eminent social-worker by making contribution in community service. I aspire to lead people towards the social activities.” I have worked as a Social worker in an Ngo which has helped me in gaining leadership experiences. This experience will surely help in adding value to the community. I aspire to add value to the community by contributing in every way. Leadership has been a consistently changing idea for me. I have experienced remarkable changes while going through the books written by eminent writers. I was working at a local NGO providing services to those undergone a mental trauma. This job will have an extraordinarily impact throughout my life. I have seen advance changes in the way I perceive things in a distinguished way. This paper primarily focuses on my personal experience that has formed the way I take decision. In secondary school, my companion Jude and I joined a NGO in order to provide service to the destitute. I was in charge of gathering funds through talks, and he was accountable for gathering more people. At that point of time in my life, I was exceptionally working. PORTFOLIO 4 FINDING, INSPIRING MESSAGE ON SOCIAL MEDIA Social media is a platform where one can express their belief, knowledge and needs. In order to gain a competitive advantage, it is evident to follow your instinct. There is a consequent needs where an individual has to work smartly in order to attain maximum benefit. This is evident enough to provide with an opportunity to deal with the situation in a productive way. There is a necessity to manage the leadership quality through deployment of effective roles and responsibilities. A leader has to create an example for the world. Most of the leaders are focused on gaining a competitive advantage by finding out the most effective process that will help them in gaining effective results.
