employees.
• The current presentation will be based on Hays, which falls under the list of top 10 recruitment companies in the
United Kingdom.
• The study will justify motivational theories and strategies that help to achieve organization aim and application
of methods related to performance management.
• It will also define role of leadership & management theories to support candidates and business performance
along with suitable recommendations.
