Dear team,
I would like to inform you all for the scheduled date of meeting for understanding and
developing the performance management planning. The meeting will focus on the initiation
plan and discuss the requirement of employee involvement for the purpose of aligning the
performance management planning with the strategic goals in the organization. The
discussion will encourage each member present in the meeting to put forward any idea or
opinion regarding the designing of performance plan and about the constructed operational
plan.
Everyone is requested to reach the conference hall on Wednesday 12th 2019 for 1 hour
minutes brainstorming meeting, which will include the frame the discussion based on the
organizational values. The venue for the meeting is the C2 conference hall for
accommodating maximum participants. Hope to receive a revert mail in the respective chain
mail.

Response to question 2: Team Performance Plan
The team performance plan of Kookaburra Association will be based on the organizational
values and objectives for enhancing the performance level in terms of customer attainment.
The team performance plan for Kookaburra Association is presented below:

Vision- The vision of the organization is to increase the community participation of
soccer players by developing the value offerings of Kookaburra Association.
Organizational Objectives- The main goal of the organization is to improve the team
performance in the organization for developing market demand.
To increase the level of participation in the community soccer team
To increase the rate of girl participation for the age between 5 and 18
To improve the performance level of the marketing and operational team
To align the individual member goal with the organizational objectives.
Departmental objectives- The departmental objectives will be based on the functional
role of each departments. Each department of Kookaburra Association aims at
increasing and responding to the concerns of consumer base. The departmental
objectives presented below will be based on the Marketing and communication
department.
To increase the employee involvement for extracting ideas for improving
customer value (Benn, Teo & Martin, 2015).
To understand the changing demographics of the target consumers for
Kookaburra Association
To communicate the strategized value offerings for the community players
To improve the communication flow between management and employees
To facilitate the communication flow amongst the team member
To structure a marketing communication plan
To organize effective events
Individual objectives and goals- Individual objectives will be structured based on
personal career goals and growth requirement for the team members of marketing and
communication.
To improve in the specific role of business

To achieve work satisfaction
To receive appreciation for effective contribution towards achieving the goals
of enhancing participation rate of community players.
Performance measures or KPI (Key Performance Indicators) - The team performance
measures for Kookaburra Association will be based on the goal of increasing the
number of community participants and improving female participation by developing
value offering for the consumers.
Qualitative measures-
Customer or/and stakeholder satisfaction (Buckingham & Goodall, 2015).
Communication effectiveness (communication flow amongst members and
management-team members)
Quantitative measures-
Task dependency of the individual team members on the organizational
resources and functional department
Workload efficiency of the distributed job roles in terms with accomplishing
departmental objectives of the business.
Quantitative productivity of the allotted task programs.
Strategic actions- The actions focussed on accomplishing the goal of increasing the
number of participants in community soccer and increasing the female participants in
the age 5-18. The strategic actions for specified goals are presented as follows:
Market research approach for understanding the changing preferences and
requirements of demographics of community members.
Conducting regular team meetings to comprehend the data collected during the
research (Mone & London, 2018).
