The leader in organization has the main roles to improve the individual sales people employed and every role which seems to be important for some basis function: Instruction and training- leader should provide the training towards their team mates and also help them for providing with tips to give the competitive edge on sales, through telephone or internet (Phibbs,2020). This could play the effective roles and also include the sales for organization and answer the frequent question voiced by customer or handle problem of clients. Training which keep focus on properly orienting associate with job and tips to focus on improving job performance and sales for the organization. Morrison organization needs to work with having identification the skills of each for employee and sassing duties to each employee on their skills set. By delegating tasks to staff manager this could be seems to be important and some skills make a good delegator such as, setting expectation, matching tasks to right workforce, allotting resources for employee and accepting feedback from the employees (Edwardsand Honeycutt,2021). This is important for the organization and also helps them for working with having team work, time management and training that could keep more effective things.Positivity, this could create the organization for working with during busy, stressful time and make sure for having more effective things. Along with this also create the better and healthy working environment for their employees. Effective leadership styles which help the organization for working with better estimated and ensure them for working with system. Moreover, this could have the growth and development for which they can work and this could lead them for working with some better activities. Own professional practices I have analysed about that while for working with organization various skills and knowledge that might be required for working (AboramadanAnd et.al., 2021). Decision making, skills seems to be lack behind this could be essentially for developing with having taking some quick decision
that could create the benefits for company. I will also take more participants in various activities in organization through which that could help me for knowing about how this can developed. I have also come to know about which types of skill and knowledge must be required for working and also ensure them for working with engaged at work is smart financial decision because I think that contribute for the productivity and are less likely to leave (Mehmoodand et.al., 2021). I have also analysed that communication skills which is also important for the organization and this could also include for working with better evaluation. Innovation skills that must be important for development and this could include the various activities which must be essential for working and make sure for having their estimated concepts. I think that leadership skills which must be significant for development and make sure for having their concepts and ensure me for knowing about those various skills. While the organization need to develop those activities and keep them for working with various skills and knowledge that keep the employee for working with understanding level (Imamand Zaheer,2021). I need to also develop the time management which is also important for development in organization and also help for knowing about those effective things. I think that time management should be improved so that could help me for completing the task on given time. Teamwork skills help them for working with effective things and also make sure for having estimated growth and development. I required three months for developing team work skills which keep me for taking some right decision and ensure me for knowing about various goals and objective. CONCLUSION From the above report it had been concluded that, leadership and management that help organization for developing and knowing about various activities. Along with this various skills and knowledge which are must be required for the employee so that help the organization for hiring the better workforce. Principles of management keep motivate and direction for the organization towards the employee so that could be benefits and make sure for having their effective things. Organization also comes to know about how they are working and how they keep them for working with many effective things. Moreover, this might be also important for knowing about those management and leadership skills and knowledge.
