INTRODUCTION
In any organization developing management and developing skills are a most important thing
that management has to do properly because leadership help management need to achieve the
objectives of an organization and they motivate their employees in their work so that their
organization's performance level is increased (Bush, Bell, and Middlewood, 2019). If I am
appointed as leadership management in HR in an organization, then I have to first develop
my skills which are necessary to use in this organization to perform the task and become a
successful leader. In this report, we discussed the important skills that leaders must have in
their skills so that they can perform their responsibility more effectively it will help the
management of an organization to achieve its objectives.
MAIN BODY
Leadership Style About Human Resource Administrator
In an organization, the leadership style is the most important factor which they have to follow
and develop the management skills organization. If the leadership style is appropriate to
follow by an organization of management then it will indirectly impact the organization on
their performance level and their productivity level is increased in organization and this will
help management to accomplish their objectives which are set at initial when they
establishing the organization. If I am an HR administrator in an organization then I have to
promote leadership style in an organization so that leaders perform their activity more
effectively and this will help an organization to lead the organization and help in making
decision-making in an organization (Chadwick and Leigh, 2018). There are different types of
Leadership styles that an organization has to follow by management.
Autocratic Leadership: In this leadership style I must have a necessary ability that makes
my decision-making very effective for the organization. In this, I have learned to decide
without the interference or discussion of my team members in an organization. In an
organization, I must have the potential to assign duties to my team members. This is a very
effective leadership style that every organization of management wants to follow in their
organization. In this leaders have to perform their work on their own they don’t pass their
responsibility to their team members. So it is made me very active and responsible towards
my work.
