 Motivational strategy refers to the set of
strategy use by businessman in order to
encourage its workforce to to best of their
capability in order to achieve organisational
task in effective and efficient manner.
 Leadership strategies are the techniques which
are use by managers to set goals for an
organisation and lead or guide employees in
achievement of organisation goal with proper
utilisation of resources(Cziraki and et. al 2018).

techniques use by mangers of companies to motivate
its staff in order to completion of organisation goal
in effective and efficient manner(Shareef and Atan,
