INTRODUCTION Leadershipandmanagementistheactionanddepartmentthatisconsistedin management as it takes the whole team together by managing all of them in an effective manner they have beengo through with the various issues and other deals thatis occurswith inthe business administration. It is core management that looks out on the employees requirements and theredesires so that they can feel satisfiedwiththeirjobsandin theworkplace. They are responsible for motivating there employees and staff members so that they canhave the good team thathelps inattaining business goals.This report will cover the leadership and managementtheories further more it will explain thestrength and weakness individual have while leading a team. Finally it will explain that how an individual will work on weaknesses in order to make the working effective. They developsand began strategiesthat makeand sustain rivalrybenefits. Companyneeds robust leadership and boost management forraisingcompanyefficiency. It is a functionthat is crucial atall levelsof management . In the levelwhere all are superiors is crucial for having cooperation in making of plans and strategies. In themiddle levelit is neededfor interruption and implementationof strategiesand events structured by the top management. It can bepractices via advice and counselling of the subordinate at the time of implementation of policies. It is the body that presents of the business , they have to show thebusiness atwebinars , conferences , basic meetingsand many othersthere role is to communicatethe rationalof thebusinessto outsidepublic.Theyare also liableof the own areas which they leads. some theories of leadership and management - 1.Autocratic-it is also known asauthoritarian leadership it is a methodwhich gives clear assumption for what is requiredto be done, and when it should be done.This has a clear vision of the aimsamong leader and team members. 1
2.Democratic-it is a wayin which leaderssharing thedecision makingcapability with the unitsgroup membersby promoting the interestof the team members.This kind of leadersIs most effectiveand makeshigh productivity , improvedcontribution from the group members and gain theteam spirit. Self reflection - As a leader they have multidimensionalquality that why the skilled and experienced person leads the team . As I am working in themultinational company which deals in serving the goods and services and in that company I am working as leader I have joinedcompany in last to last year and previously I had a experience of leading a team . I lead a team of 20 to 25 members and all member aregood and skilled . Along with that as a leaderI try to manage them all equally also Ialways tries to make a good relation with them so that they can share there personal andprofessional issues that they are facing.I have a ability ofseeing and analysesthe upcoming activity by the operations.Ihave a good communication skillsthat makes memore interacted with my team members and other management teams. I have to coordinate with top level and middle levelso that work can be done accordingly.But I have some lacking points likeI always have issuesin solving the problems of company. As I am still on learning stage. It is not sufficient easily to have an experienced in order to learn.Without reflection upon thislearnings it mayrapidly be forgotten, or its learnings capability lost. 1.Iand my other peer had started taking classes or training by senior subordinates I also started taking personality development classes. 2.Whilestarting I feel quite nervousas I havenot yet lead a hugeteam previouslyI havegroup of 4 to 5 members and most of them are my friends. But nowall I have to lead numerousteam all members are supportivethey all help me in understanding the operations. 3.The company has a healthy surrounding although all have the positive attitudes towards the company and also they all have assist me inleading a team. 4.After improving my skillsin order to improvemy weak points I have checked by resolving issues of the team and I had seen that I have develop this skills with the deep analysis of the issues . 2
