Leadership style- Itrefers to the approach adopted by the leader of the firm for providing direction to team members, to implement the proposed plans and to influence the employees for performing better. In the given case study, project team has examined that during implementation of IT system that are three potential risk such as loss of business, loss of credibility and loss of sales.
