The given characteristics of leadership are more important than the others:
Communication- Communication skill and characteristics form an important part of the
organization. This is because effective communication helps in ensuring that all the individuals
tend to have an acute knowledge about their activities and are also able to feel free to convey
their feedback.
Honesty- Ethicality and honesty form an important characteristic of any leader. The leader needs
to ensure that they are able to carry out all the responsibilities of the firm in the right manner and
be able to ensure that the society benefits from the leader (Yukl, 2013).
Delegation ability- The leader must have the ability to ensure that the delegation in an
organization is taking place effectively and that the decision making is done effectively.
These characteristic features are more important than other features as they assist a
company to ensure that the organization is able to perform well.

Recruitment- Employing the right kind of employees is very crucial for the achievement of
organizational goals and objectives.
Performance Management- It is very crucial to manage the performance of the different
