to adopt effective leadership style so that all company leadership can manage effectively
millennial generation.

significant values held by millennials. Millennial executives prefer adopting a collaborative
approach vs. an individual's response to accomplish the objectives & objectives of the firm.
Before making important choices, millennial leaders will consult their teams.
The significance of leadership is more, in context of traditional leaders, it is determined that
traditional leaders stick to the institution's procedures. Millennials leaders are more likely to
speak up about areas of unhappiness & to question traditional methods of doing things. Modern
businesses, for example, accept new forms of communication in addition to official
communications. Text messaging & other innovative means of product marketing are now
available to businesses.
Leadership is known as the way on which a leader motivates, organizes, and oversees the
behaviour and contribution of workers or staff members in order to fulfil the organisational
objectives. The ability of a leader to engage and employees should be encouraged or teammates
into work beyond fear is characterised as leadership. It is particularly well-known as a tactic
capable of influencing the conduct of others. It could also be characterized as a leader's capacity
to encourage and inspire others in order to reach a company's goals. Their primary objective is to
create a precognition for the firm, and they assist in motivating employees to achieve private and
business ambitions in an effective and efficient way. It is the human element that brings a group
back together and pushes participants to do their assigned responsibilities and make headway

managers are seen as a valuable asset to the organisation. They also act like a student, creating

This approach has various benefits as well as drawbacks. The advantages of an autocratic
approach include that because power is concentrated in the hands of the leaders, outcome is
expedited. When a circumstance develops, critical judgments might be made in this manner.
When a leader is dealing with a fresh or inexperienced team, this method is effective. Because
material is handled using methodical stages &procedures, this approach also improves an
organization's effectiveness. Once the leader takes leadership, the team becomes consistent &
cohesive. This method outlines the team's responsibilities and guarantees that almost no task is
repeated. Because all planning is done by the management, this method has several
disadvantages, such as depriving staff members the chance to always be inventive. This
technique reduces staff morale by making all personnel dependant on the managers that instead
of their interconnectedness. Members of the team are constantly annoyed, and they feel

Democratic style When leaders believe it is acceptable, they can share that information with
participants of their organisation in a transparent way. The evidence given may have an impact
on workers' work requirements. This strategy includes employees and staff members in the
ruling system, and each corporation's contribution is respected. This method also motivates staff
members to collaborate and maintain a good mindset. It encourages creativity among group
mates while still available in the organization in overall development and progress. It is a
functioning model which allows employees to perform in accordance also with corporation's
demands and standards. This method also facilitates exchange of information &leaders. In this
approach, teammates are given the opportunity to explore &offer their points of view,
suggestions, ideas, & opinions in order to reach high-quality conclusions. Numerous personnel

in practically any company.
This strategy has several advantages as well as disadvantages. The encouraging of cooperation
across staff and leaders is one of the advantages of a participatory leadership approach. The

misunderstandings and miscommunication among employees. This method is used by Marks and

process &inventiveness. When things don't go as planned &reach a breaking point, team leaders
look distant. As previously said, it is beneficial to delegate responsibility to teammates; yet, this

applied in an entity with highly experienced &skilled personnel whom are extremely self-
motivated. Monitoring team effectiveness on a frequent basis & providing daily guidance & also
feedback is one way to achieve good change &make the style operate more successfully. This
approach has various benefits as well as drawbacks. The advantages of this style are that it

coaching are the four key elements that coaching leadership revolves round. Depending on their
situation and circumstances, each leader can utilise these strategies. This strategy assists the
employee in honing his or her professional position and abilities. This managerial style aids
personnel' professional and personal development throughout life. Inside this circumstance, the
team members encourage the employees to flourish and attain respective personal and
organization goals. This encourages employees to be creative and innovative in order to gain
new skills (Mohamed, and Alseyoufi, 2018). Organizations may successfully boost the
performance of the existing generations by employing this type of leadership. The purpose of
this technique is to make it easier for staff to work efficiently. In this case, the leader instructs the
staff to develop themselves and achieve their objectives in place to ensure your company's high
existence. In this situation, the leader encourages his or his subordinates to do new things, which
brought the best from them. it is determined that this method has the benefit of stimulating

discussion while also including useful feedback. This leader is always helpful and mutually
respectful, and they create new opportunities for brainstorming sessions and spiritual growth.
There are indeed some drawbacks to having this approach in a company, such as the fact that it
demands a lot of energy, time, & resources, & it is analysed that it does not provide economical
or quick outcomes, &it cannot be used by firms that are rigid about their reactions & activities
