54 stores located across the UK and Ireland.

Fraser”. Here, investor is planning to invest the
huge amount of capital to start the new mini-
chain business which will be known as Frasers.
The founder of the company is Huge Fraser and
James Arthur. The headquarter of the company
is located in London, United Kingdom.

ANALYSIS
Force Field analysis is the model which can be adopted by the business organisation
for the purpose of doing evaluation through which analysis can be done easily. Driving
force are helping in adopting any of the changes which can help company to
accomplish their target. While talking about Resisting forces, it tells about the barriers
which comes across while adopting the changes.
