Should leaders need to have a clear understanding of leadership styles &
organisational behaviour.
 According to me leadership is the most required part for the organisation to better
understand the business threats and opportunities.
 Also, I think leadership is the most important criteria which has to be understand by the
employees.
 Leaders should have known about the challenges and difficulties that faced by the
organisation.

Explaining the main contribution that individuals, leaders and stakeholders
contributing in achieving the vision of the organisation.
 According to my point of view leaders, stakeholders and individuals are the pillar of the
organisation.
 These are the people who deeply underhand the internal or external factors of business.
Employees are the only source of the organisation who implement the strategies and
business plan into action.
 Therefore, it has been proved that employee are the most essential part of the
organisation in order to creating the the best source of outcomes.

Importance of change management and leadership styles in the context of
leaders
 According to me aspiring leaders have capacity to measure the possibilities of threats
and opportunities exist in the market.
 According to that, they also better know how to resolve them and tackle with good
strategies.
 It is important for them to build up the best strategy and business plan for the company
to accept and adopt the new change in the management.
 Aspiring leaders also should have the knowledge of different leadership styles and
change management strategies through which they better implement them into correct
manner.

Justifying that aspiring leaders needs to be able to critically evaluate a range
of motivational theories.
 According to my perspective, Interrelationships between high performance employees
and high performance of organisational performance is showing the positive sign for the
business success.
 Both high performance of employees and high performance of business can helps to
achieve the business objective task and also helps to influence the business higher
possibilities growth.

CONCLUSION
 After going through above report it has been summarized that the leader used to
contribute very heavily in the development of the organizational and also plays a very
crucial role in influencing the work of the individual in the organization.
