Personality traits include intelligence, extroversion,
self-efficiency etc.
This theory also identifies the link of individual
between different situation and task.

Behavioural theory of leadership
Behavioural theory consist of skills and styles which are
differ from trait.
In this type of leadership, it evaluates what successful leaders
did and identifies the pattern that indicates different
leadership styles.
Behavioural theory incorporates perception, which takes
effect of reward and punishment on changing behaviour
However, it can be critically evaluated that people learn the
practices and behaviours does not mean they will able to
enact the theory properly.
