1.Introduction
The following report mainly deals with FIFA World Cup Football Tournament which is
planned to be held in Qatar (Kaplanidou et al., 2016). As per some rumors and allegation, it is
expected that Qatar may lose its position in World Cup due to bad weather. Qatar has replied to
this particular allegation which has been put on it. The football committee of Qatar is interested
in playing the role of host which is needed for dismantling for various football stadium. It is seen
that football stadium in some of the developing countries for understanding the construction of
new stadium (Brannagan & Giulianotti 2015). The 22nd edition of FIFA World Cup is expected
to be placed in Qatar. It is considered to be first biggest football tournament that is expected to
be held in Middle East. It is expected that the tournament will begin on 21st Nov 2022 while the
final stage will be reached on 18 Dec 2022. It aims to coincide with Qatar National Day.
In the coming pages of the report, football world arrangement project details of
professional project practices related to management process and practices have been provided.
In addition to this, the method of PMBOK or even Prince2 needed for managing the stakeholders
has been discussed in details. Apart from this, critical stakeholders for this world cup has been
discussed in details. For this world cup event, lean project management event will be
implemented.
2.Discussion
2.1. Process of PMBOK for Stakeholder Management
The stakeholders of World Cup 2022 event management project mainly require either
PMBOK or Prince2 for managing the project (Millward, 2017). Stakeholder management is a
well-known method which is needed for analyzing people, groups along with organization. This
particular element has been highlighted by the project. At a similar instance, the project has been
affected by positive and negative effect of the component. There are mainly four stages involved
in PMBOK stakeholder management method like identification of stakeholders, stakeholder
management plan, stakeholder engagement plan and lastly control of stakeholders.

directly affect the project. The effect can be both positive in nature or even negative in nature
(Al-Emadi et al., 2017). The fact should be taken into account, there is some kind of stakeholder
who comes up with power and influence for the rest of the stakeholders. Both the aspect of this
project that is success and failure of this project mainly depends on the fact how project
managers are assigned with roles and responsibilities. It emphasizes on maintaining long-term
relationship with different stakeholders of the project (Sofotasiou, Hughes & Calautit, 2015).
Some of the activities are described below which is needed for maintaining the project. For
proper accomplishment of FIFA World Cup tournament, there is large number of steps taken into
account like:

associated stakeholders of FIFA World Cup 2022.
Communication on continuous basis with the stakeholders of FIFA World Cup
2022.
Identifying stakeholders: It is the beginning phase of the project for understanding
stakeholder management of FIFA World Cup 2022(Adams, 2015). In this particular stage, both
people and organization are effects by this project which is needed for analyzing their interest
and involvement of FIFA World Cup 2022. For having their positive effect and reducing the
negative effect, the project manager needs to emphasize on the list of strategies. It focuses on
certain number of limitation for the project managers which is needed for understanding the
number of stakeholders of FIFA World Cup 2022 which is held in Qatar. There are mainly three
parts for identifying the stakeholder that is input, tool, and output. Apart from this, there are
some other factors for managing large number of Project charter, assets of organization and
lastly documents of procurement. There are some other kinds of environmental factors which is
needed for managing the stakeholders of this FIFA World Cup tournament to be held in Qatar
(Matheson, Schwab & Koval, 2018). There is large number of available tools which is needed
for carrying out stakeholder analysis, judgment from meetings.

approaches. It is mainly done by the help of stakeholders which is needed for understanding the
things which are assigned to certain number of responsibilities. Various kind of communication
tools like interpersonal skill and management which is needed by project managers of FIFA
World Cup 2022 in Qatar. It is mainly done so that organizational updates, issues, request along
with updating project management plan. Other kinds of approaches are needed for understanding
the project manager for including the stakeholders. It is needed for carrying out large number of
things like rewards, overcoming resolution and active listening for understanding the

event, the details have been provided in the upcoming pages.
2.3. Mode of implementing project management for this event
After analyzing various kind of project management practices, the fact can be easily

improving the commercial and economical aspect of the project that is FIFA World Cup 2022.
