Managing Project
The process of the management of project will be involving all the phases of
planning, proper execution and a perfect control process for a particular organization in order
to both manage and organize the project in an efficient way (Crawford, 2014). A full new job
has been taken up by the partners in Perth, Western Australia and the project of building a
full new home has been properly initiated by them for the specific suburb of Perth in the
Western Australia. It has been observed that Keystart is basically a particular organization

interest towards building their own resident. Both the partners have applied for the loam to
