To make any company or event work, it is very important for the company to have a
leading status. A leader in a team is very important because they will be able to guide the team
better and make the team achieve their aims and objectives very easily. It is very essential for the
team to have aims and objectives so that they will know how much they are progressing in the
field. Leader should have few qualities so that they can guide the team better and the most
important factors are communication and control over the team members.
The company which will be discussed in the further report is known as Tesco and the
technology in this organization have changed and the impact will be taken in the entire company
and it is very important for the leaders to take those seriously. The leaders play a very important
role when there are changes in the company because the leaders will be able to make the efficient
changes accordingly. When there are changes happening in the company then it is very necessary
for the team to work together and get that change in the company and accept the change and the
leader is the one who can make the changes be accepted by the team properly.

TESCO have analyses the importance of management styles in the company and the
company also have to determine all the factors which impact the efficiency of Tesco (Joyce,
2015). Management style of Tesco is democratic style which means that the information and
rules are passed by the higher authority to the low employees of the organization and everyone
has a say in the company so the benefit of the company.
Leadership
The technology of the company is changing and the leaders play a very important role in
this factor because the style of leadership which is followed in Tesco is democratic and in this
style the technological change which are going to happen have to be accepted by the employees
of the organization (Levitt, 2016). Right now in the present the employees are not in favor of
accepting the technological influence in the company and the leaders have a great job to do so

that the employees get in favor of the technology. It is very important for the company to accept
the new changes because it very important in today's world for the company to make profit in the
company. The management and the managers are the leaders in the company, and they are the
people who will make the employees motivated and make the employees mentally prepared for
the technological changes which are coming in the company. The benefits and disadvantages of
the changes have to be told to the employees so that they are aware of them and then it will be
easier for the employees to accept the changes. Technological changes in the company will make
the work of the employees lesser and the employees will be able to have a good work
environment in the company.

of the company to know they can make the team work as one even after the differences they have

the company and Tesco managers and leaders take care of the employees very much which is
why the company is being able to make the employees understand the importance of technology
in the company. Knowledge, skills and work habits the leader will find it easier with the
employees that how can the leader put there information out to the employees as to what changes
are taking place in the company. Understanding the employees is very important for the leaders
so that the leader can make around the changes for the employee's betterment. The management
takes changes in Tesco for the benefit of the employees and the company and that factor has to
be understood at all the levels of the democracy style of the company.

There are rights which are applicable in all the company's and the company must follow
them so that the employees in the company are very much interested in the company, and they
give there best (Panteli and Chamakiotis, 2017). The basic right of the employees in Tesco are
health and safety and the company should also make sure that the company is providing the best
of environment to the employees so that they can work in a good environment. Tesco is not
providing the employees with the right wages which they deserve but these people who are
working in the company were unemployed and therefore the company has a power over them.
The company is providing them with safety and health but the company is getting in technology

so that the employees do not have to do much of work and the wages could remain the same. The
employees are getting the fair treatment and are not discriminated in any way in the company
therefore the employees like the environment of the company and there are a lot of loyal
employees in the company.

The main of this approach is to make the people adapt to the changes, effective change
and control the change. It is very important for the company's to get in the changes in the
company and the changes have to be got in with the employees accepting those changes because
it is them who has to make the change come into practice (Richard, 2019). The changes in any
company has to be made with keeping in mind if the employees of the company will accept the
changes because employees are the backbone of any organization and it is very important for
them to accept them.

Tesco has to keep changing there technologies because there are a lot of improvement in
the technology segment and it the company must adapt to it because it will give the company a
competitive advantage in the market (Stup, 2019). The employees have to work less and the
work efficiency of the company will also increase and the company will be able to penetrate in
the market even further. The customers wants and needs are always changing and the customers
are just increasing which is a great advantage for the company to improve its technology. Tesco
company will be able to make more profits and the management performance of the company
can also increase because of the changes which can be made in the company. Customers
satisfaction is the most important in any company and that will change the aims and objectives in
the company because they will have to meet with the demands of the people. There was a lot of
pressure on the employees of the company therefore the company is getting in the changes of the

The changes which are taking place in the company will need the employees of the
company to have a method so that the employees can accept the changes in the company
(Gordon and Smith, 2015). To understand the changes and how the changes can get implemented

in the company can be understood by this model which is given by Lewin and is the change
model. This is divided into three categories which are as follows.
Unfreeze Stage- This is when the employees of the organization get to know about the changes
which are going to take place in the company and then accordingly the management can
understand the employees who will be able to accept the changes and who will not be able to
accept them so that they know how the organization will work in the future with the changes.
Change Stage- In this stage the changes are implemented and the manager has to make sure that
the employees who are not accepting the changes will be there focus, and they will have to get
the changes accordingly. The employees will have to be reminded in this change that how
important it for them and the company to get in the technological changes in the company.
Refreeze Stage- There has to be a lot of monitoring and the employees have to be told that there
is no turning back, and they will have to accept the changes in the company. It will take time for
the changes to settle in completely but the employees will get the changes in properly after the
changes are making the evident change in the organization.
Reactions and Effects
The employees will be resentful about the decision which is being taken and it is very
important for the company to do that because of the benefits of the employees and the company
(Henriksen and et.al., 2016). Reactions can be negative and positive but when the changes start
showing a positive result to the employees of the company then everyone will understand that
the changes in the company are very important. There are doing to be attitude issues which the
company can face because of the changes coming in because everyone has a different look out,

It is very important for any company to have objectives and goals so that they can make
the company have a direction and also so that the formulation of the strategies and methods to
achieve that goal can be made.

There is a need of plan to make the objectives and aims be achieved. The changes which
are made in the company is a part of the plan making because only if the company plans a goal
will they know what are the improvements which need to take place (Faulkner, 2019). The
growth of the company will happen because of the plans the company makes.
Action Plan
The objectives and goals which have been decided and then the methods and strategies
which have been decided will come into action so that the company can make the organization
work.
Evaluate Performance
The employees who are getting the change in the company have to be evaluated on the
before and after the changes in the company so that the company can get to know that how much
the employees is working in the organization.

After the measure and changes which have got in, there has to be a check on the
employees so that they know what are the improvements in the employees overall. It is very
important to give the employees a benchmark so that they know what they have to achieve in
how much time, and they will be effective while doing the work. Benchmarking process is used
in company's and is being used in Tesco also because the employees must know how they can
achieve the aims and goals of the company (Angelova, 2019).
Rating Scale
The performance of each employee must be rated so that the employees can get the
changes in the company and then see which employees are having a trouble with the issues of the
company. Rating scales tell an employee that the employees must have a rating scale over all
also so that the company knows which employees are giving there full to the company, and they
must be appreciated for that purpose.

From the above report we can conclude that there is a high requirement of Tesco to get in
the changes in the company because in the recent years there has been a high level on employees
turnover and the company is not being able to have loyal employees in the company. The prices
of the products and the quality of the product is very good but the problem with the company is
that there is a lot of pressure on the employees and the wages are also low therefore the
employees are not willing to work to their best. The company will either have to increase the
wages of the employees so that they start giving their best to the organization, or they can make
more technologies come into the company.
The decisions taken by Tesco according to this report is that they would want to increase
their technology aspect because that will make the company save on there cost and the company
will be able to product more and meet the demand and satisfy the customers who are loyal to this

company. It is very important for Tesco to make the customers satisfied because that is their
main aim and objective which they must reach so that the company can make more customers.
RECOMMENDATION
The company Tesco must try to make the company get a different method to make the
customers increase in the company. This is possible when the company gets in the technologies
which the company needs and that is very important because the demands of the customers is not
being able to be met therefore the customers have left the company's loyalty. There is a lot of
pressure on the employees even and the company will have to make the changes so that the
management can make the company a profitable store in the market. The company is still not the
number one in the world and it can get there if the changes are got in the company appropriately.
