INTRODUCTION
To make any company or event work, it is very important for the company to have a
leading status. A leader in a team is very important because they will be able to guide the team
better and make the team achieve their aims and objectives very easily. It is very essential for the
team to have aims and objectives so that they will know how much they are progressing in the
field. Leader should have few qualities so that they can guide the team better and the most
important factors are communication and control over the team members.
The company which will be discussed in the further report is known as Tesco and the
technology in this organization have changed and the impact will be taken in the entire company
and it is very important for the leaders to take those seriously. The leaders play a very important
role when there are changes in the company because the leaders will be able to make the efficient
changes accordingly. When there are changes happening in the company then it is very necessary
for the team to work together and get that change in the company and accept the change and the
leader is the one who can make the changes be accepted by the team properly.
Topics which will be covered in the report are as follows individual differences,
employment legislature, planning change, reasons for change, goals and objectives, approaches,
etc. These are very important factors which need to be understood by the company so that the
changes can be got in the company.

Impact of management styles
TESCO have analyses the importance of management styles in the company and the
company also have to determine all the factors which impact the efficiency of Tesco (Joyce,
2015). Management style of Tesco is democratic style which means that the information and
rules are passed by the higher authority to the low employees of the organization and everyone
has a say in the company so the benefit of the company.
Leadership
The technology of the company is changing and the leaders play a very important role in
this factor because the style of leadership which is followed in Tesco is democratic and in this
style the technological change which are going to happen have to be accepted by the employees
of the organization (Levitt, 2016). Right now in the present the employees are not in favor of
accepting the technological influence in the company and the leaders have a great job to do so
