in easier manner as well as retain its target audiences. In current time the respective venture is
introducing a “virtual grocery store” in the UK where consumer can order goods with their smart
phones from interactive billboards in public spaces. With the use of visual technology, the
company make digital transformation which assists the establishment in fulfilling its target
audience’s demands and offering its services in easier form. An electronic billboard displays
shelves stocked with commodities, each with their own barcode. With the help of this new digital
transformation and visual technology, Tesco dedicated phone app, a consumer can scan the
barcode, add it to their basket and then select a delivery time to their choosing.
With the help of this digital transformation is, one of the key objectives, increment in sales
and improvement in profitability of the company, which the firm wants to attain (Matzler and et.
al., 2018). Along with this, this will also assist the firm in retaining its existing consumer and
maximising customer base. Also there are several threats which are faced by the management of
