Introduction
The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the effectiveness of and usefulness of my learning
experience. Furthermore, it will also discuss how the information collected from the learning
experience can be applied in the future. Moreover, it will also focus on how the business research
is useful to my research learning process.
Evaluation of the learning experience
Learning experience is defined as any kind of interaction by which a learner is able to understand
a topic in an easy manner. An effective learning experience should be able to add value to the
learner and it must encourage the learners top develop further understanding about the topic
(Kolb, 2014). The learners should be able to apply their learning in their later life, personal or
professional. A learning experience should be well developed and it should focus on the needs
of the learner. The learner should be able to understand the purpose of the learning experience.
The learners should be able to solve any problems with the help of the learning experience
(Suskie, 2018). A well-developed learning experience should be easy to use for the learner. I was
able to gain understanding on the advantages and disadvantages of cloud computing in business.
My learning experience is well developed and I was able to understand the topic with convenient
ease. It has encouraged me to develop further understanding about the topic. With the help of this
learning experience, I will be able to understand the benefits and risks of using cloud computing
system within a business organization. I will be able to apply the learning gathered from the
learning experience in the course as well as my professional career. This learning experience
promotes further learning, thus increasing its effectiveness. This learning experience focuses on
my needs as a learner, thus increasing its value. This learning experience has provided relevant
information about the topic, thus increasing my overall understanding about the topic.
This learning experience will enable me to increase my understanding of the topic, thus enabling
to perform better in the course. It will also enable to perform better in my professional career
within an organization as well (Savery, 2015). With the help of this learning experience, I was
able to address the gap in the understandings of the topic. I will be able to link the concepts of
the topic with real-world situations. It will enable me to make important and informed decisions
within the workplace. Thus it will increase my professional competency within the organization.
I will transfer the knowledge and insights gathered from the learning experience in my

professional career. I will be able to make informed decisions about which cloud computing
system will be best suited for the benefit of the organization. I will know about the various
advantages and disadvantages of the system. I will be able to address the disadvantages of the
cloud computing system used by the organization. It can be seen that this learning experience
will help me to perform well in my academics as well as their professional career (Arora,
Parasha and Transforming, 2013). It will increase my understanding of the issue and address the
gaps in my understanding of the topic. Thus it will increase my overall competency, both in
academic and the professional world.
Description of the learning process
During the learning experience, I have gathered information from many credible sources to
develop an understanding of the topic. I have read several books and journals to develop the
understanding of the advantages and disadvantage of cloud computing in business. From these
books, I have understood the importance of cloud computing in business. Cloud computing plays
a significant role in increasing the efficiency and productivity of these organizations (Bryman
and Bell, 2015). It also helps these organizations to reduce their operational costs as well. I have
analyzed some real-life scenarios to develop a further understanding of the topic. With the help
of these learning techniques, I was able to understand the topic in an easy and convenient way. It
will help me to apply this knowledge in my academic and professional world as well.
Evaluation of the learning
Business research is defined as the process in which the necessary data for a specific industry to
ensure the success of the specific organization. This business research is helpful to me in several
ways to increase my understanding of the topic (Hair et al., 2015). With the help of this business
research, I am able to understand the advantages and disadvantages of cloud computing in
business. This learning process motivates me to increase my active learning skills. It also helps
the learner to increase their level of skills and apply them to the real world. The business
research has enabled me to understand the importance of cloud computing in business
organizations. Cloud computing allows the organization to increase their efficiency and
profitability (Eriksson and Kovalainen, 2015). It also helps them to decrease their operational
costs as well, thus further increasing their profitability. It also increases innovation of an
organization, thus further increasing their productivity and profitability.

This business research also enabled me to understand the disadvantages associated with cloud
computing system within the organization. The primary concerns of using cloud computing
systems within the organization are data security and privacy. It also can negatively affect the
performance of the organization. With the help of this business research, I am motivated to
further develop my understanding of the topic. The information gathered from the business
research can be used in academics as well as within a professional setting (Wilson, 2014). It
encourages the learners to increase their analytical skills as well as transfer their knowledge
within an organization. It also enables the learners to participate in the decision-making process
as well. This business research also encourages me to figure out the alternatives which can be
used to address the problems associated with a specific cloud computing system.
Explanation of the learning process
The research topic is selected as the advantages and disadvantages of cloud computing in
business organizations. This business research has helped me to develop new insights on the
topic, thus increasing my understanding of the topic. With the increase in the use of the internet,
the demand for using cloud computing systems has also increased (Anaya, Luque and Peinado,
2016). A plan is developed so that the research can be conducted in a planned manner. It also
encourages the learner to develop their understanding of the topic in a systematic manner. The
plan is implemented so that I can develop further understanding of the topic. To collect the
relevant data about the topic, both qualitative and quantitative methods are applied during the
research. These methods are employed to gather data in both quality and quantitative way. These
methods are used to enhance the knowledge of the researcher on the topic. Primary and
secondary sources are used to collect more qualitative and quantitative data for the research.
Various books and journals to effectively gather information about the topic in an effective
manner. The data is analyzed in an effective manner so that further understanding of the topic
can be understood. In order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the research, the
analyzed data is further discussed. With the help of this business research, I am able to increase
my understanding of the topic with the help of these methods (Suskie, 2018). The primary
sources allow the researcher to gather relevant data about the topic in a quick and effective
manner. Use of primary and secondary data sources allows me to verify the authenticity of the

of the data collected for the purpose of this research.
Application of the learning process
The business research will enable to increase my academic performance as well professional
career within the organization. With the help of information gathered from the business research,
I have developed a deep understanding of the topic of advantages and disadvantages of cloud
computing in business (Breen, 2014). The information collected from this business research will
enable me to make an informed decision within an organization. It will enable me to decide
which type of cloud computing system will be beneficial for the organization (Boud, Cohen and
Sampson, 2014). This business research has helped me address the gap in my understanding of
the topic. In the future, it will help me to increase my professional competency by increasing my
professional skills. It will help me to increase my decision-making skills regarding cloud
computing systems in the organization (Ormrod, 2014). I will be able to select the cloud
computing system based on their functionality, advantages, and disadvantages. Thus it will help
me to increase my professional skills and competency within the organization.

It can be concluded from this paper that an effective learning should be able to focus on the
needs of the learner. An effective learning experience should encourage the learners to further
