Theories, Principles and Models of Learning and Learning Preferences

This presentation discusses the different theories, principles and models of learning such as behaviourism, constructivism, cognitive, connectivism and humanism. It also illustrates how these can be applied to teaching and assessment, and how identifying and taking into account learners' individual learning preferences can enable inclusive teaching, learning and assessment. The roles and responsibilities of educators in children's learning are also discussed, along with relevant legislations, regulatory frameworks and codes of practices.

skills and knowledges can be retained.
