INTRODUCTION
Accountability is the state of duty where one's action are need to be reliable. It is mainly
the action to be answerable while performing the actions and providing the proper evidence for
the actions taken. While providing care accountability is important as it consists of different
procedures and process that need to be evaluated to analyse the amount of effective care received
by patient, professor or employer. Accountability is required to build the relationship between
the provider and the individual who requires special care. These actions provide the organization
to provide advanced quality care and it also alters the abuse of the resources that might effect the

and demand. Further will also analyze the importance of accountability in providing care to the
