The company “The Legend of Cookery” has been formed to make an instance in the hospitality
business with its innovative and efficient services. The preliminary idea to form the
organizational structure has been obtained from the lack of suitable hospitality for the variety of
consumer groups with various personalities and social status making them distinct from the
aspects of the services to be provided. With a number of value-added services, the company has
been set to launch in the prospective market. The creation of the organization may boost the
quality of services to the customers as intended. Thus it will be creating a benchmark in the
Hospitality Industry.
Issues regarding building regulation
The existing legislation of the country has a set of rules and regulations for establishing a new
organization. The company needs to follow them before setting up their foundation and build
their organization building and operation premises. The biggest issue is to follow the actual
methods and regulations that are prescribed by the Government as well as the local authorities to
run without any harassment and hurdles. The location must be according to the industrial
guidelines with all required permits which are essential for the establishment.

Permits must be obtained from the designated authorities with the approved design and required
