Activity introduction: This session plan activity is designed to educate the
participants about the values, history and philosophical background of leisure education. This
session plan will focus upon a theoretical premise where the trainer and the learners will
engage in a deep brainstorming session regarding each individual’s idea of leisure and how
each individual uses leisure and recreational time for specific purposes that they find
beneficial or suitable for them.
Aim: To develop personal understanding of leisure
