INTRODUCTION
Lesson planning is one of the best activities that tutors has been conducted and performs
before actual lesson that take place in effective manner. The current assignment will explain the
goal and characteristics of an effective lesson planing or plan. It will also define ways to design
lesson plans, learning styles, and taxonomies included in similar concept. The study will also
define how lesson plan incorporation with learning forms and taxonomies. It will justify ways to
assure lesson plan, preparation of this term and need for flexibility regarding the same thing.
Furthermore, the report will also clarify how to prepare for delivery of education and training
and define assessments as well as evaluation. It will specify the methods of assessment,
utilization of differentiated assessments and analysis of same thing.
TASK 1
1.1- Explaining the aim of lesson planning
Lesson planing play vital role in regard to students success and growth, as it make tutors
able to include one of those topics through which individual student may learn something new
and useful (Gabriele and et.al., 2019). The aim of this activity is allow learners to develop their
understanding regarding certain essential and beneficial academic concepts, through which they
may achieve short, long and medium term goals. With the help of this practice or action, teachers
may support students to gain the expected outcomes in effective manner, which is quite essential
for them to do so. It may define the clear expectations of teachers from learners, which they
attempt to fulfil, without making any mistake and putting negative impact on it. They may take
benefit of this decision in varied manners.
1.2- Describing characteristics of an effective lesson plan
While developing effective lesson plan, it is quite essential for teachers to consider the
key characteristics of this activity, which may give them chance to reach expect outcomes in
effective manner (5 Main Characteristics of an Effective Lesson Plan, 2021). For example, the
main feature of an effective lesson plan is the aim, which drive the attention of students toward
achieving that in term of fulfilling teachers expectations and gaining knowledge about certain
things or topics. It can be said that a lesson plan desirable be written and do not remain at
mental or oral phase. It is considered as another feature of good lesson plan. It is also essential
for tutors to consider features of lesson planning or plan such as it may connect with previous
understanding or knowledge of students.

1.3- Defining how to design lesson plans that incorporate aim and needs of learners
Teachers may conduct a lot of efforts to design and structure a lesson plan, which drive
their concentration as well as attention toward conducting more activities than now. For
example, they may take approach to set and clarify the objectives of lesson plan, which is quite
essential for them to do that (LESSON PLANNING, 2022). They may also take action to include
all the necessary materials in each lesson that help students to grow in productive and profitable
manner. Without having and using appropriate material, students are unable to learn anything.
The background of knowledge is another consideration that a teacher may have to consider
while planning a lesson, through which they may teach students appropriately. It is important for
them to make proper up-dates about a lesson which they may plan and utilize for varied reasons.
2.1- Analysing learning styles & taxonomies to be included when planning a lesson
In the academic world, there are different types of learning styles accessible that has been
utilized by students and tutors as well. For example, visual, auditory, kinaesthetic and read or
write, are included in category of varied learning styles that play significant role in the context
of individual career growth, whether it is related to personal, academic or professional (Mirza
and Khurshid, 2020). All these terms may encompasses in specific model such as VARK
learning concept that aid to develop knowledge among individual person in term of conducting
specific activity. All these styles included in process of lesson planning, along with taxonomies.
Bloom's or Bloom's revised are the best example of learning taxonomies that may include in
practice related to lesson plan or planning. It is a set of three key hierarchical concepts that may
utilize to specify academic learning aims into extent of specificity and complexity.
2.2- Explaining how lesson plans incorporate learning styles & taxonomies
Each lesson plan is incorporate with certain concepts or activities such as learning style
and taxonomy (Manzoor, Mohd-Isa and Dollmat, 2021). For instance, with the help of a lesson
plan, students may attempt to conduct a specific action in term of taking approach to learn
something new via considering a subject or doing some practical things. It may drive the
concentration of students toward conducting useful and effective practices that aid to learn new
things and utilize the information collect via that. Lesson plans incorporate with learning
taxonomies as well in term of making students capable to gain knowledge about useful things in
appropriate manner. It is important for them to utilize or adopt a new learning form through
which they may gain benefit in bulk in term of personal as well as professional aim achievement.
