it. Teachers can either tell students what their lesson goals are or have them help them set
them. This can aid in the development of a clear direction and progress. It explains the
learner's intended path in perspective of what else they might acquire or what the instructor
would provide. A goal is a more explicit statement on what the student must or will be
competent to accomplish as a result of instruction.
Describe the characteristics of an effective lesson plan
The planning stage of the teaching process is vital. It assists teachers in being more
structured, self-assured, and goal-oriented. Writing a lesson plan is an important part of this
process. Because it is the road plan that leads and guides instructors' practises.
1. Builds on the prior students understanding
When it comes to classroom management, most of us put a lot of thought into the subject
we'll be teaching. And they make every effort to cover the curriculum and make the necessary
development in our classes.

Teachers must be flexible in order to cater the requirements and interests of their pupils and
