Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am extremely delighted to write a letter of intent to you in the reference of my application for the registration in the
course of Nursing. I am interested in developing a career as a registered nurse and therefore wish to pursue the
higher studies course that is being provided at your university. I came through your advertisement of your Institute
published on www.healthandsocialcarecourses.com stating that you were now accepting applications for the course
of Nursing at higher level and I could not resist myself from applying.
I have acquired a two month certificate course for completing Beginners for Nursing course and I possess a practical
experience of working as a care taker in an extremely minor position at the local health care centre for three months.
I have always excelled the ability to soothe a patient and bond with them really well. This has motivated me to
develop my career in Nursing only and give my services in a selfless manner to the people who are in need of it.
During the two month course, I found that I was keenly interested in this field and had the skill to deftly acquire the
knowledge that was being imparted to the students there. I already implemented my theoretical knowledge and
understanding in the practical scenario for the next three months when I worked as a care taker.
While giving my voluntary assistance at the local healthcare centre, I was tasked with monitoring that the vitals of
the patients are stable and was asked to report if there is any disturbance in the patient’s vitals. During my entre time
there, I was amiable and developed a rapport with almost all the patients admitted in the small healthcare facility.
Your Institute has always had immense respect in my heart and i intend to become a part of your institute as soon as
I can and mould my career to become a registered nurse one day. If I am given the opportunity to join our institute
for further education, it will be mutually beneficial for both of us. I would be able to garner huge amounts of
practical and relevant knowledge while on the other hand, you will have gained an excellent student with
outstanding academics and intelligence because I will utilise my knowledge and learning skill to the maximum
extent and give excellent results.
