Dear Mam,
Recently at our office, the staffs are permitted to skip the afternoon or morning breaks for
taking prolonged lunch breaks. You want us to take out afternoon and morning breaks along with
our standard break for lunch.
I entirely agree with the break of during the morning and afternoon and a standard lunch
break. Here, the staffs must be taking breaks and one lunch break during normal time. Here, they
must never be permitted to combine the breaks. The employees requires to go by rule such as many
other offices. A law must be there regarding the situation. The staffs requires to understand the way
to flex the time as the lunch hour goes on along with breaks. Our management must begin a good
law regarding that. This must never be permitted. Further, the staffs must try to make confusion for
managers in letting them to have long break. Here, they require to have two small breaks and one
lunch hour. This is completely fair, I think. They only require to understand the way to control their
time such that they are able to perform all they require to. For this, as a manager your proposal is
what the building requires in making every office buildings equal and fair. Every breaks must be
considered and just half hour lunch must be taken for every working day. Further, the manager is
just attempting to stay fair with the workers. In my opinion it is entirely fair. The employees require
to follow guides of the managers who are experienced. The managers must have more understanding
the staffs. They are higher ups and must have much more to say than the staffs. Nevertheless, as the
staffs disobey more than two time that must be fired. I am not trying to prove myself harsh. This is
my personal opinion for the situation. Moreover, they are to be warned for at least twice and might
be what they learn. This new proposal must be followed. It is fair for our business. It is good thing to
be done since as they have lunches for long time they might be performing anything illegal and bad
