expanded their business operation in various other sector such as books, clothing, toys and
many other areas. Later on, the main aim of this research is to develop the knowledge in
companies regarding the concept of talent management. Moreover, the role of line manager
in the sector of talent manager in the company Tesco has been included in this report. At last,
the various issues which arises in Tesco after implementing talent management strategies has
been a part of this report.

organisation to develop best and new technologies in their company to get success in future.
In case of Tesco, the management of the company should implement modern technologies in
