LITERATURE REVIEW2 Introduction The robotic is very advanced technology which is now used in the business industries in order to control and manage the back office operations. This study critically reviews the journal papers published on robotic and evaluate their importance in the business industries. Key concepts and ideas It is observed that the use of robotic is increasing very fast and many organizations are using this technology in the business for controlling their operations. It has the ability for improving the performance of the business in the organization and controls their activities in an effective way (Manti, Cacucciolo, and Cianchetti, 2016). Literature review According toAnagnoste, (2017)robotic is an effective technique which can be used in the back office operations because of their several advantages such as reductions costs, improved performance, and more reliable, large flexibility and so on. In this paper, the state of the art is to identify the impactof robotics on business industries and adopted theoretical approach while conducting the research. The research outcome of this paper shows that robotic technology effectively controls back-office operations and this paper provided in-depth analysis about the topic. But the author did not provide limitations of robotics which is a drawback of this paper and it also produce a research gap in the investigation. In the further research the authors will improve the quality ofresearch and identify the importance of robotics and AI. As compare with other paperAsatiani and Penttinen, (2016)provided their views on this topic and identified that robotic changed the way of communication. Moreover, opuscapita is the best example which uses robotic technology for improving their business that included by the authors in this study which indicates that this paper is more effective rather than other research. In this paper, the author used secondary data collection method and content analysis process. Theauthors provided theoretical data about the robotic and did not include a literaturereview.Lacity,Willcocks,andCraig,(2015)conductedaresearchthe outcomes of this investigation showsthat robotics has the potential for controlling and monitoring computer devices and other activities in an effective way. By comparing
LITERATURE REVIEW3 withAsatiani and Penttinen, (2016),in thispaper, the authors show the importance of robotic technology in the business sectors which reduced the drawbacks and gaps occurred in the previous papers. The future direction of this study included the advantages and disadvantages of robotics technology and avoid gaps occurred in the current study. After reviewing this paper it has found that the authors adopted qualitative research design and secondary data collection methods. The benefit of this paper is that the author analysed the importance of robotic but they did not evaluate the risk factors linked with this technology.Dirican, (2015)conducted a literature review and the outcomes of the research evaluated that robotics and AI technologies impact on the business and economics in both positive and negative manner. From this paper, it has identified that the authors provided complete information about robotics but did not analyse the drawbacks of robotics which produced a research gap between information and research questions. In the future research the author will avoid such kinds of issues and provide in-depth analysis about the robotic technology. Conclusion From the above analysis, it is concluded that robotics is the advanced technology which can be used in the organizations for improving their businesses and services. This report critically reviewed the results and opinions of other papers along with their advantages and disadvantages.
