The policies related to the technologies that are implemented by the various business
organizations tend to influence the various incentives and the opportunities that are taken in to
consideration by the concerned firms in order to bring about an innovation within the form so as
to adapt to the various changes that have been taking place in the environment wherein the firm
has been operating. The following literature review tends to figure out the various factors that are
discussed by the authors of the concerned article.
Holmes Jr et al. (2016) in the article entitled “Two-way streets: The role of institutions
and technology policy in firms’ corporate entrepreneurship and political strategies” tends to
discuss the various factors that are related to the various technological policies that are
implemented by the business organizations that might influence the various incentives and the
opportunities that are taken in to consideration by the concerned firms in order to bring about an
innovation within the firm so as to adapt to the various changes that have been taking place in the
environment wherein the firm has been operating. The authors argue that the several scholars
have been observed to be paying lesser amount of attention to the factors that deal with the
technological policies (Serai et al. 2017). The article in discussion tends to deal with the factors
that pertain to the funding of the researches that are conducted and the protection that is extended
by the state in the matters that pertain to the intellectual properties that are included within the
researches.
The authors in this case tend to put forth a more thorough understanding of the interplay
that exists among governmental institutions and the concerned business firms that are active
within the given territorial boundaries on the several factors that pertain to the corporate
entrepreneurship as well as the political strategies implemented by the concerned governmental
