It can be stated here that it is very much obvious that the project would be divided into different parts and phases with the main aim of reaching to a particular goal of the project and objectives of the project. There should be an efficient delivery of the project relating to the aspects of interim, review and transition. Project Purpose or Justification: The main aim of the report is provide a guideline which is related to the aspect of the preparation and management of the transition of the new government which is local in form. The establishment of the organization was done in the year 2015 July covering the area of city of Swan and Shire of mundaring. This project was basically designed to be able to deliver the objective and the expectation of the customer or the user considering the aspect of meeting the legislative agreements and business. Project Description: The main working of the project would be divided into three parts which mainly consist of analyzing the present situation and the process of the project management. This phase would be involving the sector of delivering the project in a standard and effective manner. After this phase there would be the delivery endorsement of the project management that was mainly established in the phase which was done previously and followed by the transition phase which would be executed in the commenced after the existence of the new entity.
