Various communication barriers
Language barriers: This is one of the most
common barriers that is being practice today as
use of jargon and technical language between
sender and receiver create misunderstanding
and confusion among the subordinates. So, the
manager of company should use such language
which could be easily understood by receiver.
Physical barrier: this is caused due to the
long geographical distance between sender
and receiver which create hindrance and thus
give rise to conflict and dispute. Due to the
reason of background noise, the message
conveyed by sender would not be easily
understood by receiver as it results in lack of
trust and confidence among them.
Psychological barrier: In this type of
barrier, the sender sends the message in
anger and frustration and then later it regrets
on the message sent by it. This is generally
practice today and also create
misunderstanding among them.
Effective communication is essential as the
message sent by sender should have clarity and
should be presented in a concise manner which
create sense of team spirit and also help in
