Abstract
Lung cancer as one of my research is one of my selected chronic disease which I deiced to
choose to give clear out look. The main reason why I decided to choose this chronic disease over
other chronic disease because it has ranges of diverse impacts on the individuals health. Research
remains the cornerstone of achieving the improved result in lung cancer. One of the devastating
effects of lung cancer based on the research analysis indicated that it has no specific individual
which it attacks but normally affects a general number of the population. Based on the research
which was done in the in previous years to date provides a comprehensives analysis of the global
lung cancer.
Therefore, the methods which I proposed to be used in the study was bibliometric to undertake a
qualitative analysis of research in some of the countries which were seen leading with it.
Through the analysis which I gathered distinctly indicate that almost approximation of 32,162
lung cancer cases is all over the world. The research represented just about 5.6% of the general
population which indicates increment in the last ten years up-to-date. Through my analysis I
finds out that the vow and the pledge to lung cancer study has decreased in some of the countries
around the globe apart from China and indicates no correlation with lung cancer problems.
Preview of the research indicates that diagnosis, screening as well as the quality research stands
at a respective percentage that is 4.3%, 1.8% and 0.3% within the research analysis. Therefore,
the primary study leading was genetics which stands at the percentage of the 20%, and the
systematic therapies 17% as well as prognostic biomarkers which was at16%. The study
outcomes are rising fundamental sciences with reducing in the clinical understanding approach.
The finding hypothesis established primarily firmly rooted on the health, social as well as
economic problems which are in line with the lung cancer, the standard stage of the world study

output lags greatly behind the study on other malignancies. The commitment to diagnosis,
screening as well as the study is much lower than the fundamental science study and medical
research. Therefore, the study expected to indicates the requisite information to guide the coming
study programs on lung cancer.
Introduction
As a director general in charge of the overall healthcare in the Queensland, through my
department we did the research analysis in 2013 estimated that approximately 14.9 million health
problems are associated with lung cancer which results to death of a significant number of
population. Based on the research clearly indicates that, the issue of cancer stands at a threat both
to the well economical countries as well as low crippled economical countries. Due to this
numerous death cases have been reported that is a proximately annually, almost 1.6 of the
population is being lost due to cases of lung cancer. Significantly, with the introduction of the
cigarette which was formulated in some of the middle-class countries, the intensity issues of the
lung cancer will continue to be a witness over the period of time (Nieder et al., 2011). The
research put the issue of the cigarette as a major course of the lung cancer thus introducing
smoking as a way of increasing the body temperature in some of the temperate land
automatically enhances the chances of the lung cancer. The treatment of cancer has been a
burden both individually and a state thus making it hard for the individual who has to simply
pass away which is a loss to the country economy since it does not spare the rich either the poor.
However, through checking one of the present analysis which was conducted in the Europeans
countries clearly indicates that the cost of cancer stands at the highest percentage in terms of the
economic cost. Therefore, ending it to some of the individuals who associated with becomes
difficult thus thy end up losing their life. Therefore, these cost of managing the individuals who

have been affected with cancer drains individual as well as the country's economy which result
from loss of the productivity just because sudden premature mortality rate which escalates
yearly. Although the plight of every country aims to reduce the amount of cigarette amongst
individuals, the study suggests that there was already trademark hall drain to some of the
individuals who have been diagnosed with issues of the cancers (Onishi et al., 2011). Thus the
outcomes reveal that majority of the individuals who have been having cancer stands at a threat
in term of the economy. However, due to lack of the screening tools for cancer in most of the
countries in the world made it possible for the individuals whose ages range from 13-39 of ages
drastically dies prematurely due to lack of the attention when the condition of the cancer is still
premature in them. The increase in the percentage was basically overwhelmed in some of the
countries which are not stable in terms of the economy. Due to this threat which is posed by
cancer globally, it remains the active issue to be researched by most of the scholars around the
globe. Therefore, the research remains to be at standpoint in achieving standard results from the
cancer, be it in knowing specific epidemiology of the disease, learning the pathogenesis of the
disease, analyzing new targets for therapeutic agents or directing laws which aims at obtaining
affordable as well as the equitable result of the research of the cancer. Thus it remains significant
to comprehend from the public law based on the questions how, why as well as which particular
study are being involved and some of the important outcomes it aims to achieve from the
research. Thus the domain issue of this essay will entirely focus on the results of the bibliometric
analysis of the global study on the lung cancers in most of the countries which were seen as the
discourse around previous decades up to date. It will also analyze some of the significant effects
it has on the individual especially the family and the relatives in their plight to reduce the cancers
amongst them. It will notably illustrate some of the possible causes of lung cancer and possible
