INTRODUCTIONOrganisation change is crucial for attaining efficiencies in the company. Present reportdeals with three assessments in which organisation change will be reflected in various scenarios.Change curve will be made along with need for such change in company. Moreover, it wouldalso explain about impact of proposed changes at the workplace. Kodak will be reflected inAssessment 1, followed by FEG company in Assessment 2.
