The main objective is to invest and carry out vocational education and training for better management of human resources. The resource plan includes online bids for training contractors to identify skill gaps and provide effective learning and education. Suitable options for training include technical and quality assurance training. The stakeholders involved are top management, employees, and external consultants. The outcome of the meeting includes enhancing the skill and competency level of human resources, looking for higher investment and opportunity for finance and funds, and focusing on betterment and timely upgradation of physical resources.
