2MANAGE PERSONAL WORK
Introduction
Managing work and prioritise it are considered to be the most important aspects for the
business personals in order to develop a professional attitude towards work (Ouellet and
Mukamurera 2017). It is important to note that following the role model in business and getting
inspired by his or her attitude is a common phenomenon that many of the professionals are used
in order to gain strategic advantage in the business more effectively (Gaikhorst et al. 2019). The
objective has to be vested on the practice of creating a strong professional attitude and the focus
should be set on generating high advantage for both the business organisation and personal
development. Based on this assumption, this report is going to discuss the importance of work
management practices and emphasises on a series of important aspect that a professional must
do.

Role model at workplace
A role model at workplace is generally identified as the managers or the team leads. In
my case as well my team leader is my role model. The reasons behind it are his skills and
abilities to manage a workforce and at the same time take care of each of the employees is quite
commendable.
Traits of effective leader
According to the research of Haemer, Borges-Andrade and Cassiano (2017) an effective
leaders must have the quality of inspirational behaviour so that the subordinates and the people
around him or her can get a positive resonance at workplace. Moreover, high optimism and
