1. Plan for consultation with employees so as to ensure all stakeholders input is included. While conducting workplace risk assessment for WHS it is considered that management should plan health and safety checks ethically (Holt and Allen, 2015). They should maintain the documents such as checklist which consist the daily requirements of the patients rooms to be checked. While consulting with employees mangers should first introduce them with the changing plan that has to introduced. Also the managers should decide on welfare facilities as well as changes that are to be made (Nelson and Staggers, 2016). The records and the documents must contains who were involved, what is the safety matter, what decisions has been made, when the actions that are suggested in the meeting would be completed. 2. How to ensure that all the stakeholders are involved including the methods for encouraging cooperation and communication and any training requirement. The managers should ensure that documents for invitation the stakeholders reaches to them on time.They should provide them with the Emails and themessages through which the reminders would be sent. The stakeholders should participate to find the hazards that are associated in the organisation. They should assess the risks that are involved in it (Epstein, 2018).
