 Continuous improvement process acts as a market place for the business.
The business will be able to find market for its assets say, furniture,
computers, stationery, office supplies and the rest (Anastasia, 2017).
 Improvement in customer service, it’s so important for a company to
know what the customers prefer and provide their product and services in
line with its customers’ preferences (Vyrat, 2017).
 Output and quality of the products and improves through the use of
continuous assessment systems.

 Six sigmas which is responsible for reducing the defects, faults and any other changes that may
occur within the conpany.
 Plan- Do-Check –Act-cycle that is used to carry out change. This model includes steps like Plan,

managing company activities. Kanban can be applied through use of stickers on the
boards of the company to communicate and point out the workflows or the real picture
of the company (Salman, 2012).
 Use of PDCA cycle tool also known as a plan, do, check and act tool. PDCA cycle
enables companies to achieve the continuous improvement processes in the
businesses. Through this, the company is able to target its goals, implement plans,
evaluate findings and finally helps to create adjustments in the company.

Staff participation in decision-
making
 Promoting teamwork across all boundaries in the company is so important
in developing ideas and expertise in decision making within company
during continuous improvement process.
 Also, providing reliable and transparent information to the staff gives
employees an outstanding picture of the company.
 Furthermore, the company should be passionate about its mission, vision
and goals. A company with passion helps the staff to improve on their
ambitious roles to facilitate continuous improvement in decision making
among employees.

 Daily motivations of the employees by the managers.

 Implementation of daily routines and guidelines to be followed by the staff.

Overall customer satisfaction
The overall satisfaction is higher than the average industry benchmark on
satisfaction. Customers who were totally satisfied were 53% which is greater than
42%(Industry benchmark). This shows that the products and services provided by the
company are satisfied.

Level of purchasing products from the company
The level of satisfaction by the customers on purchasing the products from the company
was high. This implies that, there is a good customer-company relationship in terms of
product satisfaction. Totally satisfied (85.7%) which greater than industry
benchmark(72%).
