scenario that creates a challenge for the management to handle the situation that made them grow
in such a competitive market. Therefore, the main purpose of such annotated bibliography is to
understand the challenges that are faced by the manager of tourism that may affect the overall
performance of the company to a certain extent. The major challenges faced by the manager are
to satisfying the consumers or visitors as well as retaining employees. Such a situation occurs
due to the reason of high competition in the market as well as other regulations or laws that are
imposed by the government of the country.

and so on that make the possibility in an increase in the number of visitors that create a challenge

tourism as well as a balanced event portfolio that can enhance the level of sustainability with the
competitiveness of the destination. Therefore, in the article, it is suggested that how event

event can assist in the marketing as well as branding of the tourism destination that can help in
enhancing the efficiently of the manager in an effective manner.
