INTRODUCTIONManagement and leadership are considered as the core of an organisation since wholeworks are managed through this. Leaders provide guidelines to each and every member whilemanagers are responsible for allocating job to work forces and looking after various other aspects(Giacalone and Rosenfeld, 2013). The present report is based on Easy jet which is lower costBritish carrier airline whose headquarter is situated in London Luton Airport. In this projectdifferent leadership style and its impacts on team working is going to be discussed clearly. TASK CM1 Differences between management and leadershipDifference between management and leadership : Management LeadershipThis is an activity which is conducted by themanagers so as to conduct the work of theenterprise in an effective manner.It can be defined as an activity of managingthings in a best possible manner.They are having a proper control all over theorganisation and everyone has to followthem as well. They are having Impersonal attitude towards thevision and goals of company.These are the people who are appointed by themanagement for guiding the employees forperforming their work in an effectivemanner. It is considered as a quality of influencingpeople so that they can help in attainingobjectives of the company.Leadership tries to in-build trust in theemployees so that they can get motivatedand achieve the goals and objectives ofcompany as well. They are very passionate about achieving thegoals and objectives of the company. Comparison through theoretical aspect : Management theories are implemented so as to develop the productivity as well asquality of organisation (Pinto, 2015). Also, the managers implement various theories all togetherso as to achieve better results.
