Moreover, operation management is an important part of an organisation in order to administer the activities of the company in order to improve the quality in production of firm.This report is based upon Audi company, which is a leading auto mobile manufacturer that commenced in the year of 1910. This study includes roles and characteristics of leader and manager as well as analyse their function within an organisation.
