operation
In order to improve and enhancement of the skills of organisation so that
management plays an important function that is needed at all level of the
company. There are some of the specific duties and roles in Accenture of
management which are described below:
Roles of management:
Monitor- In this role of management in context of Accenture the role of the
people is to take out regular information ad looking for the essential changes
with appropriate changes in the environment. There is requirement to know
the productivity of the business.
Disseminator- In order to find out new ideas proper information and
communicate to the subordinates as well as whole team.
Spokesperson- The role is to speak for the organisation or on the behalf as it may
communicates the same to the other person also.
