In thisreport it is explains about the different types of approaches of leadership and define the roles ofmanager in order to enhance the capability and efficiency of organisation in proper manner. Thecontingency and situational theories of leadership play an important role in order to maintain theactivities of organisation in proper manner.TASK 1P1.
