Managers and leaders are the two individuals of organisation which plays asignificant role in order to manage and control various operations of organisation in propermanner. in this report Amazon is the company which deals with the online marketing. In thisreport it is explains about the different types of approaches of leadership and define the roles ofmanager in order to enhance the capability and efficiency of organisation in proper manner. Thecontingency and situational theories of leadership play an important role in order to maintain theactivities of organisation in proper manner.TASK 1P1. Managers and leaders are the two individuals whoperformed different types of activities under one roof of organisation but their roles andresponsibility are different which are related to the different types of organisation in propermanner.
