This report is based on Wizzair Airline which is one of
the branded low cost airline and it is established in the
year of 2003. In this study it covers different roles of
manager and leader, application of leadership and
management theories and difference between
management and leadership.
Introduction

Every organisation is established with certain goal or objective, for which they require an impressive and
productive leader or manager who provide proper guidance to manpower and govern each and every
business operation and function. By which, they are able to accomplish their pre determined vision in an
innovative manner within prescribed time period.
