Introduction
The manager and leader are the important part of the organisation, they are the one
who are related to effective change management. The chosen organisation is apple, which is
founded by Steve Job, a young and skilful entrepreneur. Further, the manager and leader of
the organisation are provide their best way and use effective theories to analysis and
interpretive the management system within the organisation. Their manager and leaders are
the skill audit which make them more effective resource and provide relevant changes within
the organisational concepts (Aslett, Acken and Yerramilli, 2021). This report include the two
main parts which are related to provide some major changes to analysis the growth and
provide related managerial skills and make leadership qualities. Whereas the second part
show that the company are able to provide relevant theories and models. Further, difference
potential factors and make recommended approaches to analysis the nature for the sufficient
growth to the company.

Different managerial skills and leadership qualities in apple
In the apple company, its 33 years of history in the market make a significant
approach for those are really wanted to appoint the schedule and make more effective
approaches. Their team members are really related to their approach and provide significant
market schedule on time. Steve Jobs are really related to effective schedule and provide
sufficient sources for the growth and appointment with major changes. The current CEO of
the apple is Tim cook, who is actually the co-founder of the company also. Now he make the
responsibilities which are associated to the company’s growth and success.
He Was Reluctant to Delegate: as the growing responsibilities and management
some other conceptual background are related to essential feature and provide some
major changes which are helpful for make him a successful leader and manager. With
recruiting the staff, to solve the jumble balls in the corporate world (Ayough, Rafiei
and Shabbak, 2021). They are working very effectively and managing sources fully in
a right manner.
He Found the Balance between Empowering His Staff and Leading by Example:
Somehow the managers make a strong relationship between the staff and their leading
